The Pledge 1% is a reflection of our core belief in ‘making the world a better place’ with a people-first and culture-first approach. This means making the world better outside of work, especially for the good of society and community. As cheesy as it sounds, we really believe that the secret to fulfilment in life is giving back.
We give out 4 “Pledge Leaves” a year to all Xedeans. They can volunteer for any NGO work or other organisations that they’re passionate about to bring joy, love and care to the world. So that they can make a positive difference and make the world a better place.
