Quoting Marc Benioff, founder of Salesforce, “Business is the greatest platform for change”. Our efforts would indirectly, together, make the world a better place, period. As we climb the ladder and become the top digital marketing company in Malaysia offering services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing we humbly radiate our energy into ensuring every effort put for our partners is only the best.
Help Businesses Make Impact and Change Lives - SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing
In Xedea, we have a bigger picture of how our services such as social media marketing in KL and Google Advertising in Malaysia play a deeper role in the betterment of the community.
When helping an eye specialist partner, it’s not about generating leads but instead helping families see each other again as cataract conditions make one’s vision blur. When helping a medical center, it’s about living a healthy life longer, so that families are able to spend even more time together.
That’s our WHY, our purpose, as a creative agency in Malaysia, that gives meaning to what we do, which is to make the world a better place. You never know that in your life, you can do that much. You never know, if the things you’re doing are that meaningful to society. Making the world a better place is damn sad hard. However, you can be proud of yourself because you’re changing people’s lives in your own way.
On behalf of the world, thank you for making the world a better place in your own way.
Our Core Values
People-Oriented
- Willingness to be vulnerable and open to others
- Be emphatic, listen & genuinely care for others
- Prioritize harmonious working relationships over raw technical skills
- Evaluate with relationship bank account. More deposit, than withdrawal
He’s My Partner, She’s My Partner, Everyone’s My Partner!
If you’re new to Xedea, you’ve probably heard the term “partner” thrown around a lot.
And you’ll probably think it means your wife, husband, boyfriend, or girlfriend.
But “partner” means something else to us. You see, we Xedeans, are a very unique species. We call our clients “partners”.
We also see other Xedeans, our colleagues, as our partners. No, not business partners (that’s a bit too formal).
What we mean is the type of partner who isn’t viewed as a robot churning out assignments left and right until break time, but as a living, breathing person with thoughts and feelings.
The type of partner who cries during town halls because of something great we achieved together as a company.
The type of partner who puts in the extra time for you when you need more help at work or at life.
Sometimes, we don’t say it out loud because it’s cheesy or paiseh (Hokkien for embarrassing). But deep down, we feel these things very deeply. I mean, yes, hard skills matter, but feelings also matter. And all these things matter to us.
See everyone as your partner. He’s your partner, she’s your partner, everyone’s YOUR PARTNER.
That’s the first step to making the world a better place.
TOGETHER.
Take Accountability
- See it, own it, solve it, do it
- In everything we do, we aim to make the world a better place
- Be impartial, open and honest
- You are 100% responsible for your life
Seeing It Through and Finishing Strong - A Story about Aaron
You see, our contract with a partner ended recently. When these kinds of things happen, most people will just finish up and move on. But Aaron, our performance marketing executive, did something special.
Even though the contract already ended, he made sure to complete all of the pending tasks. He didn’t just wrap things up. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was done perfectly.
And to be honest, he could’ve easily left those tasks hanging, thinking that it wasn’t his problem anymore. But he didn’t.
Aaron took it upon himself to make sure everything was sorted out properly. This act of responsibility didn’t just meet expectations. It set a new standard within Xedea. Aaron’s actions reminded all of us what accountability really means.
At Xedea, we believe that accountability is more than just doing your job. It’s about owning your responsibilities, even when it’s not convenient. It’s about setting high standards for yourself and being committed to seeing things through to the end.
Aaron’s dedication showed us that accountability is not just a word. It’s a value that strengthens our team and builds trust with our partners. It’s also a reminder that when we take ownership of our tasks and duties, we not only contribute to the success of our projects, but also uphold the integrity and reliability of our team.
Grateful
- Feel blessed and give thanks for so much you have, aka abundance
- Find blessings even in worst situations
- See your life as an unbelievable gift
3 Short Tales on Gratitude - A Xedean Storybook
Did you know that people spend at least 65% of their waking hours working? Where’s this work-life balance everyone’s been going on about?
At least in Xedea, we try to foster a culture of appreciation, recognition, and gratitude for every member of our team.
So gather round, boys and girls. We have some stories to share.
Chapter 1: Parenthood and Work in the New Age
Once upon a time, there was a lady named Alicia. She was the Partner Relationship Team Lead at Xedea.
One day, she approached her manager with a big concern. Alicia needed to work from home because of her duties as a mother. She was worried her manager might not understand.
But guess what? Her manager was super understanding and kind. Xedea gave her all the support she needed to balance her work and still be there for her family.
It was that moment when Alicia realised that she had found not just a workplace, but a home filled with care and gratitude.
Chapter 2: A Rock and a Hard Place
Another time, Alicia faced a tough situation.
One of her partners was really unhappy and was about to call it quits. They sent harsh messages and even wanted to speak to Alicia’s manager. Stressed and overwhelmed, Alicia went to her manager.
In most companies, the focus is usually on profit and sales. But at Xedea, Alicia’s manager instead asked how she was feeling and showed genuine concern for her.
Alicia was grateful that her manager cared more about her well-being than sales figures. After all, you can always do better at work and get more sales. But having people who support and value you around is priceless.
Chapter 3: Audrey’s New Beginning
And then there was Audrey, Xedea’s Social Media Strategist.
Her previous jobs were not kind to her, to say the least. Tough times were had as she faced disappointments and mistreatments in the workplace one after another.
One company even withheld paying her EPF for six freaking months! They were, by all means, toxic environments that only bred frustration and drained her motivation.
But everything changed when Audrey joined Xedea. Even though she had to travel all the way from Nilai to Sunway (the traffic’s insane during peak hours), she felt a sense of gratitude and renewed purpose.
The trust and opportunities she found at Xedea reignited her passion for work. Audrey was ready to go above and beyond for her partners, all because she felt valued and appreciated.

Not Hiding Behind a First Time - A Story by Ellie
When we say higher standards, most people think it means being excellent and extraordinary in what they do. But sometimes, I think most of us don’t really know why we need to have higher standards in what we do.
Here’s a story about my teammate, Pei Jun. Recently, we went for a shoot at our partner’s place. Keep in mind that this was her first time.
During the shoot, Pei Jun showed incredible initiative and attention to detail. She made sure that everyone was comfortable, guided the participants step by step, and checked to make sure the voice recordings were clear.
Even though we were on a tight schedule, Pei Jun kept her composure and made sure everything was running smoothly without delays. And the participants fed into her energy. There were students being interviewed and they were quite nervous. But their interactions with Pei Jun helped calm them down.
And she did all this spontaneously! No one asked her to, but she just kept giving.
I’m so proud of Pei Jun, because having higher standards isn’t just about doing your work. It’s about the willingness to go above and beyond, showing commitment and good work ethics, while taking responsibility for your own actions.
I think that’s when someone truly excels at what they do.
